David Førre:  He was born October 10, 1813 on Bratsberg farm in Gjerpen. His parents were Iver Christensen Førre and
Christence Sophie Monradsdatter. His father was born ca. 1775 and lived from 1797 - 1807 in the "Riise-gården" in Porsgrunn
(Now Storgata 143). He was a merchant originally from Skien. His wife was born 1783 and died 1828.
David married Karen Johanne Gundersdatter, who was born 1811 and died September 15, 1849. David also died on Sept 15, 1849.

They had the following children:

	Johan Frederik                  b. 1837                  died Sept 19, 1849
	Iver                                     b. Sept 27, 1839   He was living in 1850.


Could it be that this family died from cholera in Pine Lake. ???
