Lars Jensen Teigen:   Lars was born Dec 14, 1818 on the small place Teigen under Moe in the upper part of Gjerpen. Parents were Jens Nielsen and Margit Pedersdatter.

We find the family on Teigen søndre in 1835:

Lars, age 17

Lars married July 21, 1843 in Gjerpen to the girl Maria Jacobsdatter, who was born December 21, 1824 on the place Brændsæter under Moe. Her parents were Jacob Torstensen and Maren Margrethe Larsdatter.
